Our condominiums are located only five minutes walk to the beach and to downtown Jacó.

The new construction has five condominiums: Two Studios, two one bedroom and one two bedrooms apartments. All apartments are comfortable and offer kitchen, cable TV, air condition and ceiling fans, a safety box, balcony or terrace, bathrooms with hot water. A pool invites you  to rest.

Parking are available. A washing machine can be used free.

The rooms are cleaned once a week.

Minimum one week rental.
